Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE:

All inquiries for purchases made on friendsinsight.ca must be directed to info@friendsinsight.ca

RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer refunds. Returns for store credit or exchanges, on eligible items, are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase - All items must be in new condition with original receipt. Shipping is not refundable or eligible for credit. We do not offer free shipping or free shipping on exchanges.

We can only accept returns for a refund to gift card or exchange on a one-time basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional returns after an item has been exchanged or refunded. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all of our customers and to maintain the quality of our products.

FINAL SALE:

Prescription lenses, custom sunglasses, custom sunglass lenses, discounted items, dip-dyed frames, sale items, and frames with prescription lenses installed. Cases, cleaning cloths and accessories are also final sale. 

LENS WARRANTY:

Prescription lenses, with anti-reflective coating, include a 2 year manufacturers warranty. For more details, email us.

ITEM PICK UP POLICY:

We will make reasonable attempts to contact customers regarding uncollected purchases. However, to maintain optimal storage capacity, products not retrieved within six months of purchase will be recycled. In this event, refunds or credits will not be available.
